Confirmation of Primary Owner's Authority Form
The project owner is the person or entity who holds and controls the real and personal property associated with your project and accepts (or authorizes the acceptance of) the certification agreement.
While there may be multiple owners for a project, we ask that you identify an individual using the Confirmation of Primary Owner's Authority Form to administer the certification process.
GBCI Verification Protocol
The Verification Protocol describes GBCI’s framework and procedures for ensuring trusted, third-party certification and verification services. It addresses topics such as conflicts of interest, verification methodology, and quality management systems.
GBCI Certification Challenge Policy
The Certification Challenge Policy protects the integrity of certification programs administered by GBCI. The policy provides guidance in any cases of intentional or inadvertent misrepresentation, which result in the inappropriate award of certification.
Disciplinary and Exam Appeals Policy
GBCI works to support a high level of competence in building methods for environmental efficiency through the development and administration of a formal credentialing program.
GBCI has adopted this Disciplinary Policy to articulate standards of conduct for candidates seeking a credential through GBCI, as well as those individuals seeking to maintain their credential.
GBCI Trademark Policy & Branding Guidelines
